    Great Except

I love how the glasses look on me. The right lens has fallen out three times. I'm afraid of losing it, so I switched to another pair. Is that a problem with all similar frames?
    Staff Response:

We sincerely apologize for the issue. It appears that we cut the lens too small. Normally, our inspection process would have prevented this from happening. We understand that having a lens popping out is not normal or acceptable. A new lens is on its way, along with a fully paid return label. Thank you for your understanding.
