I searched pretty hard for driving glasses that would meet all my specs, and these were just about the only ones. I'd never bought premium sunglasses before and was worried they wouldn't be worth it, but they are. The glass is crystal clear. The tint is perfect - just the right amount of darkness for driving. Mine are the bronze tint, and that really does increase contrast by filtering out some of the sky's mostly-blue light, I just notice things more. Also makes forests look greener, which is pretty. And the lenses are big enough to where they cover your field of view - for me, most other pairs let enough light in the sides to be uncomfortable on bright days. Polarization is nice too, cuts glare and makes it easier to see through reflections on glass and windshields. Just buy these for driving. I can't believe I'm saying it but they are worth the price for driving.
These glasses look great, and the optics are superb. I used to think colored lenses were strange but bronze makes the world pop. These are the perfect glasses for driving. However, the frames are small. These are marketed as being "Large", suitable for "wide" faces, but they're small on me. I'm a 6' 2" dude, ~200 pounds, normal shaped head. No reason that glasses marketed as large/wide should feel tight on me, but these do. Fortunately the arms do have springs that allow them to flex beyond straight, and they're not so tight that they're painful. They definitely stay glued to my head, but they're not quite what I was expecting.
